I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced at Braman Collision, and I must say, I am genuinely impressed with the level of professionalism and quality of work. The entire process was smooth, but what stood out the most was the dedication of Mr. Saony Hidalgo. He went above and beyond to ensure my car was completed promptly without compromising on quality. Charlie’s help was heroic!! My wheels were robbed at a shopping center and it was impossible to get my car towed anywhere. My insurance company couldn’t help, BMW roadside couldn’t help, and any tow truck company I called said that without tires my car couldn’t be moved. Meanwhile my car was sitting on bricks in a shopping mall completely mangled by the POS person that stole my wheels. On a last ditch effort I called Braman Collision to help. Charlie’s words were “I’ve got you. Don’t worry anymore.” He arranged for a tow truck with 4 tires to get my car out of where it was and towed to the body shop. Charlie dealt with the insurance company and got my car fixed good as new. I am grateful to Charlie and Braman Collision to coming through and taking care me when no one else would.

First Class service and performance. Erick Limatuj and his team at the collision center are the absolute best. Detailed explanation of the work that my car required and the time expected till completion. Kept me informed of the progress and delivered the car in showroom condition. This is THE place to go for your repair needs.

JC from Braman Collision Center was super friendly with me and did a great job with my car!! I am a bit picky when it comes to fix body cars but not only JC has the experience and did a great job (right color, good alignements), but he also did it fast (2 weeks), which was great because my insurance company would not provide a rental car to me during the repairs. Upon my request, he also replaced some parts of my vehicle by original ones instead of the after market parts that were required by my insurance (I paid out of pocket of course). Finally, he worked closely with the Progressive ajuster to satisfy my requests. At the very end, he drove me back home with my car, that's a VIP service honestly!! Big thank you to JC.
